The AeroPress is a popular coffee maker that you can find in many coffee shops and homes around the world. The Aeropress Go Travel Coffee Maker takes it to another level.

The original AeroPress is slightly larger holding 10oz / 296ml compared to the 8 oz / 237ml. Only the Go comes supplied with a mug.

All the brewing kit of the Go fits inside the mug and sealed with a silicone lid. Incredible how something this compact and lightweight is still able to brew a full-flavoured tasting coffee.

How To Use AeroPress Go
  1. Warm the AeroPress by rinsing it with hot water and flush 1 filter in the filter cap
  2. Put the filter cap on the chamber and add 15.3 grams of ground coffee
  3. Pour 225 ml of water off the boil quickly
  4. Stir 3 times back and forth, place the plunger on top to create pressure in the brew chamber
  5. After 1 minute take off the plunger and stir 3 times
  6. Put the plunger back on and press down gently. Aim for 1.30 minutes of total brew time

Use fine drip or espresso grind. Espresso grind takes longer to press but makes a richer brew more quickly due to more surface area.

What is the AeroPress Go made of?

The AeroPress, mug, and accessories are made of food-safe polypropylene that is free of BPA and phthalates. The lid and plunger seal are both made of silicone and the filters are made of paper.

Having had Inferior coffee presses in the past, I bought the Aeropress from Down The Range Coffee.. straight out of the box you can tell it is a real thing of quality. Well packaged well branded, comes with everything you need. The Aeropress is easy to use clean and maintain. It can be packed away and stored with ease and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
